HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 5, 2009, the attorney for Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency)
contacted the hearing officer to request an extension of time to file its recommendation. The
Agency personnel involved in preparing the recommendation are being moved to another portion
of the office building, thus disrupting their ability work on this project. According to the
Agency, the petitioner does not object to the extension. The request is granted, and the Agency’s
recommendation is now due on August 18, 2009.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on August 27, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
