LANDFILL COMPANY, INC.'S MOTION FOR
RECONSIDERATION OF THE ILLINOIS POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD'S
ORDER DATED JUNE 18,2009
Complainant, PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, by Lisa Madigan,
Attorney General for the
State of Illinois, hereby requests an extension of time to respond
to Respondent, Community Landfill Company, Inc.
's ("CLC"), Motion for
Reconsideration
of the Board's Order dated June 18,2009. In support of its request,
Complainant states
as follows:
1.
Respondent CLC filed its Motion for Reconsideration and Memorandum
in support
of its Motion on July 27,2009.
2.
Complainant's response to CLC's Motion for Reconsideration and
Memorandum is due August
12,2009.
3.
Complainant requests an additional two (2) weeks (to August 26, 2009) to
respond to CLC' s Motion and Memorandum.
4.
Complainant needs additional time to address the multitude of issues
raised in CLC's
19 page Memorandum and review the record cited by Respondents.

Additionally, one of the Assistant Attorneys General thoroughly involved in the issues
concerning this matter will be on vacation from August
12,2009 through August 20,
2009.
WHEREFORE, Complainant, PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS,
respectfully requests the Board grant its Motion to Extend Time to Respond and allow
Complainant until August 26,
2009 to respond to CLC's Motion to Reconsider and
Memorandum in
Support thereof.
