HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 30, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent hopes to send petitioner a draft permit by the end of August.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on September 14, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline is February 9, 2010.
