HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 29, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties have suspended discovery pending settlement
discussions. Progress has been made towards compliance, and the parties are discussing
a penalty amount.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on September 28, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
