HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 28, 2009, respondent participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. A new issue requires the parties to amend the permit, and send it to USEPA for
a 45-day review period.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 13, 2009. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
