HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 27, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. On July 17, petitioner filed an amended petition containing non-substantive
changes. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) has no objection to the
amended petition. On July 7, 2009, the Agency filed a motion to extend the deadline for its
recommendation to July 28, 2009, and made an oral motion at the status conference to further
extend the deadline to August 11, 2009. Petitioner does not object, and the motion is granted. A
hearing may be set at the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on August 27, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
