HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 27, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant reported that respondent’s attorney was unable to attend due to
illness. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency reviewed the proposed settlement
agreement, and wanted language changes pertaining to future compliance. Complainant is
preparing the changes, and will send them to respondent for review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on September 28, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
