HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 23, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The
parties represented that they are awaiting the outcome of various motions and replies that
have been recently filed with the Board.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on August 26, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. The call-in telephone number supplied by the
complainants will be the same as the July 23, 2009, call-in number. At the conference the
parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their
readiness for hearing.
