HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 17, 2009, the parties submitted a proposed discovery schedule. The
discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows. Written discovery, including
interrogatories and requests for document production must be served on or before
September 30, 2009. Responses must be served on or before November 30, 2009.
Requests for Admission must be served on or before January 14, 2010. Response must
be served on or before February 14, 2010. Depositions must be noticed on or before
March 15, 2010.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on July 30, 2009, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible
for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the
status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
