HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 20, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties will discuss the possibility of settlement when
petitioner’s consultant becomes available. This matter will be set for hearing at the next
status conference unless petitioner agrees to further waive the decision deadline.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 25, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently November 19, 2009.
