HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 16, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The complainant represented that the one issue that remained
outstanding has apparently been resolved. Complainant anticipates that the stipulation
and proposal for settlement (stipulation) will be circulated for signatures soon.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on September 10, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must
be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next telephonic status conference,
the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
