HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 15, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. A hearing is set for November 4-5, 2009, and Sugar Camp Energy, L.L.C.
agreed to file a deadline waiver to March 31, 2010.
There are no status conferences scheduled before hearing, although the parties may
contact the hearing officer if anything arises.
The decision deadline is currently December 31, 2009.
