On July 10, 2009, petitioner filed a motion to consolidate this docket with a new
appeal that will be considered at the July 23, 2009 Board meeting. Accordingly, the
hearing set for
July 29, 2009 is cancelled.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 29, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The decision deadline is November 19, 2009.
