    hearing in the
    above-captioned matter was held by the Illinois Pollution
    Control
    Board on June 23, 2009.
    2. During
    the
    hearing, Joey
    Logan-Wilkey, attorney for
    the
    Respondent, referred
    to
    Chapter 14 of the SIUC
    2000 Report, mistakenly stating that Chapter 14
    had
    been included in
    Respondent’s Recommendation of the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency as Exhibit 3.

    hearing.)
    3. Chapter
    14 was not
    included in Respondent’s Recommendation of the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency Exhibit 3.

    Subsequent to
    filing the Petition, Ameren provided the
    Illinois EPA
    with
    a
    disc containing the
    SIIJC
    Reports 2000-2005,
    including Chapter 14
    of
    the
    SRJC 2000 Report.
