HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 13, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent will return the signed settlement agreement this week, and the
document will be forwarded for signatures at the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on October 13, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
