HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 13, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant has not spoken with respondent’s attorney, but assumes
that he is still reviewing city council records for information regarding any previous
actions taken in this matter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on September 14, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
