HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 13, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner is preparing to send respondent comments on the draft permit. If
accepted, the permit will be issued for public notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 13, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
