HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 1, 2009, petitioner’s attorney reported that he was still waiting to hear
from petitioner’s environmental consultant regarding the consultant’s discussions with
respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on August 17, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
