HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 29, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Pending settlement discussions, the parties have postponed further
discovery, and complainant does not plan to file a motion for summary judgment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on August 31, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
