HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 25, 2009, a telephonic status conference was held. The respondents
represented that a signed stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) was recently
mailed to the complainant. Once received, the complainant represented that it will be
reviewed and filed with to Board.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on August 27, 2009, at 11:15 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If,
however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be
cancelled without further notice.
