HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 22, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Within the next two or three weeks, petitioner plans to file an amended petition.
The amendments will not constitute significant changes, but will update certain supporting
information. On June 11, 2009, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency filed a motion to
extend the deadline for its recommendation to July 7, 2009. Petitioner does not object, thus the
motion is granted.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on July 27, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
