HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 22, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are waiting for the Board’s ruling on petitioner’s motion
for summary judgment. Petitioner agreed to file a deadline waiver to November 19,
2009.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 28, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently September 17, 2009.
