HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 22, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner filed a new permit application, and the parties continue to make
progress in their discussions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 27, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is February 9, 2010.
