HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 15, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The Agency will distribute the final pieces of documentation later this week. A
hearing is tentatively planned for November 4-5, 2009, but may be pushed up at the next status
conference depending on the trial schedule for Sugar Camp Energy’s counsel. Sugar Camp
Energy agreed to file a deadline waiver to accommodate a November hearing date.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on July 15, 2009.
The decision deadline is December 31, 2009.
