the hearing officer. The parties continue to exchange comments on a settlement proposal,
and believe they are close to reaching an agreement
.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on July 21, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
