HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 10, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector will certify the property upon clarification
of how the scrap metal was disposed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 8:30 a.m. on August 11, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
