HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 10, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney hopes to receive her SAAG appointment before the next
status conference so that she can send out a proposed settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on August 11, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
