HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 11, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The complainant represented that it has been notified by the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency that the requested discovery documents have been
located and are now being copied. The complainant will forward the discovery materials
to the respondent for its review. A hearing date at the next telephonic status conference
may be discussed.
The parties are reminded that they are to participate in a telephonic status
conference on September 10, 2009, at11:30 a.m. The telephonic status conference must
be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
