HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 15, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The proposed settlement agreement is being circulated for signatures,
and will likely be filed with the Board before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 3:00 p.m. on August 17, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
