HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 10, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties will meet once more in August to determine the
possibility of settlement. Petitioner agreed to file a deadline waiver to December 31,
2009 within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on September 9, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The current decision deadline is September 17, 2009.
