HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 15, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are looking into a Supplemental Environmental Project to
resolve the outstanding issues.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 14, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
