HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 8, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney will contact its technical unit to determine the
status of petitioner’s permit.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on July 14, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
