HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 8, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant reports that the parties are discussing a penalty amount.
The parties agree that the deadline for respondent’s answer to the complaint is stayed
pending settlement discussions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on August 10, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
