HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 3, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are waiting to find out if the dry cleaners trust fund will pay
for demolition and remediation. The parties hope to have an answer from the fund before
the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 1, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
