HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 1, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent is now out of business, all assets have been liquidated,
and the owner is seeking employment. In light of respondent’s lack of financial
resources, complainant is deciding how to proceed with this case along with other
pending actions against respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 1, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
