HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 28, 2009, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties will discuss the possibility of settlement. Petitioner’s
attorney intends to file a waiver to November 19, 2009 within the next two weeks, but
will contact the hearing officer if petitioner does not authorize the waiver.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on July 20, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently September 17, 2009.
