HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 27, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The petitioner represented that it appears that the above-captioned
matter may proceed to hearing. The petitioner, however, represented that it will file an
additional 120-day waiver of the statutory decision deadline. The hearing date will be
discussed at the next status conference.
The attorney for the respondent represented that he has yet to receive an
appointment from the Illinois Attorney General’s Office.
By agreement, the record in the above-captioned matter is now due to be filed on
or before August 14, 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on July 30, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
