HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 26, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are optimistic that a proposed settlement agreement will
be filed with the Board before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:30 p.m. on July 27, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
