express my opinion regarding

the fairness

of

the landfill

hearings

PCB case #2007-

146.

I attended almost every

meeting

during

the landfill

hearing process.

I made several

observations

of Fox Moraine

LLC team’s presentations

during this

hearing

process.

I believe

they received

a fair

evaluation during this landfill

siting process.

The

indisputable

facts

against

the landfill

siting did

not

support

their

desire

to

have

their landfill granted

and located

in

Yorkville.

Fox

Moraine LLC

has invested

money in

this project. It

is

my opinion they

just do not want

to

accept the

outcome of

these hearings.
