HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 20, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent continues to work on the draft permit, and hopes send it
to petitioner within the next month. Petitioner will then review the draft, and comment if
needed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 18, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
