HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 18, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioners and respondent Sugar Camp Energy raised certain questions
regarding the administrative record. If the Agency can resolve these issues before the next status
conference, a hearing may be set at that time.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:30 a.m. on June 15, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioners.
The decision deadline is December 31, 2009.
