HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 14, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The respondent represented that it anticipates that it will forward the
supplemental environmental proposal to the complainant within the next few days. The
complainant represents that it will forward the proposal to the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency (Agency) and that the Agency will review it within five weeks.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on June 25, 2009, at 11:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
