HEARING OFFICER ORDER
The parties are advised that this matter has been assigned to the hearing officer
identified below. From this date forward, any pleading filed with the Clerk of the Board
in this matter must also be served individually on the hearing officer.
Petitioner does not plan to file a deadline waiver. Accordingly, a hearing was set
for
June 17, 2009. Petitioner’s brief will be due by June 29, 2009, and respondent’s brief
will be due by July 6, 2009. The decision deadline for this case is August 6, 2009.
No pre-hearing status conferences are scheduled, although the parties may contact
the hearing officer if needed.
