HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 11, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The resolution of certain technical issues in these appeals are related
to an enforcement matter (People v. National City Environmental and National City
Recycling, PCB 06-115).
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on August 12, 2009. The status conference shall take place
during the status conference for PCB 06-115, which will be initiated by the People.
Petitioners have filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this
matter.
