ORDER OF THE BOARD (by S.D. Lin):
On April 15, 2009, petitioner Oasis Industries, Inc. (Oasis) filed a motion to
voluntarily dismiss this appeal of a Clean Air Act Permit Program (CAAPP) permit
(Mot.). Oasis moves to dismiss its appeal on the grounds that:
By April 15, 2009, Petitioner will have ceased its manufacturing operations
And either decommissioned or removed from the State of Illinois all of the
Equipment and emission units permitted by said CAAPP permit. Mot. at 1.
The Board accordingly grants Oasis’ motion, dismisses this appeal, and closes the docket.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
