    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by A.S. Moore):
    On April 20, 2009, Apollo Plastics Corporation (Apollo) filed a motion (Motion) to
    voluntarily dismiss its appeal of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s October 24,
    2008, decision to deny renewal of the construction permit for installation of a Regenerative
    Thermal Oxidation system for control of volatile organic material. The appeal concerns Apollo’s
    facility located at 5333 N. Elston Avenue, Chicago, Cook County. Apollo states in the motion
    that the Agency has issued a permit. Motion at 1. The Board grants the motion, dismisses the
    appeal, and closes the docket.
