HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On May 4, 2009, the parties informed the hearing officer that they continue to

exchange communications but have yet to resolve the above-captioned matter.

Discussions continue. By agreement, the respondent’s answer or other pleading is now

due to be filed on or before June 5, 2009. The telephonic status conference previously

scheduled for May 14, 2009, is hereby cancelled and continued to the date and time noted

below.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic

status conference on June 4, 2009, at 11:15 a.m. The status conference must be initiated

by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At

the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-

captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily

dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled

without further notice.
