HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 30, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties requested another extension for completion of discovery
and for the filing of pre-hearing motions.
The parties request is granted. By agreement, the discovery cutoff is now May 8,
2009. Exhibit and witness lists are due on or before May 15, 2009. All pre-hearing
motions must be filed on or before May 22, 2009. Responses must be filed on or before
May 29, 2009. The mailbox rule will not apply and all electronic or approved telefax
filings must be received by the Clerk’s Office no later than 4:30 p.m. of the due date. No
further extensions will be entertained.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on May 27, 2009, at 1:30 p.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared
to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
