HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 4, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney reports that he has been unable to make
service on respondent. Complainant believes that respondent has hired an attorney,
although no appearance has been filed. The next status conference is set for 90 days to
allow time for respondent’s attorney to be served, review the case, and answer the
complaint.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 3, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
