HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 4, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The compliance language in the proposed settlement agreement was
changed, and the parties are waiting for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s
review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:30 p.m. on June 10, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
